This is my entry for this years Jobling Gowler Art Competition. The theme is ‘Labyrinth’. The entries this year are fabulous and it’s always really interesting to see how people interpret a specific theme. The exhibition is at Jobling Gowler Solicitors, 250 Park Lane, Macclesfield & voting is still ongoing for ‘The People’s Choice’ favourite! So, if you’re in the area, please pop in and take a look at all the great works on show!
Here is the poster for the show with all the dates and details.  If you’re in the area between the 5th - 7th July, please stop by and take a look at what’s on show.
(…and just in the foreground of that picture are some of my animal faces and poppy paintings that were part of the 2011 art show.)

I decided to enter ‘The Great Sheffield Art Show’ this year with the above artworks and I’m delighted to say that all six of my entrants were selected for the show.  It’s an amazing event showcasing a fantastic mix of art for all tastes & I’m so pleased to be part of it.

Thank you Quiet Lunch Magazine!

Quiet Lunch Magazine is an online publication:

Our sole intent is to provoke your thoughts, stimulate your senses and tickle your funny bone.”

…and I’ve been lucky enough for them to feature my work in their recent edition! Thanks guys!

This bee illustration has been selected to accompany Alice Sant’Anna and her beautiful poetry in this months edition of piaui magazine.  I can’t wait to see how it all looks and read more of Alice’s poems when I receive my copy in the post!
